What to expect:
In our beginner classes, we work on basic commands and social skills. Our training techniques are 100% positive reinforcement based. We want dog training to be fun for the dog and the owner.
All our group classes include lifelong access to training videos that help you to work on the trained commands at home.
Puppy Class
(next class starts Wednesday, September 13th, 2023 at 5:30pm)
With maximum 4 participants, our classes are small to give everyone the deserved attention. Besides covering the most important commands such as sit, down, stay etc., we also work on social skills and confidence building and includes supervised playtime. We are using positive reinforcement training methods to make this a relaxed and fun experience for both, the dog and the owner.
Who can participate: puppies 10 weeks to 5 months old
Requirements: Fully vaccinated according to age

Basic Manners Class

This class is suitable for dogs age 6 months and older.
With maximum 4 participants, our classes are small to give everyone the deserved attention. We are using positive reinforcement training methods. In this class we are covering the most important commands like sit, down, stay, come etc., and get the dogs used to working while other dogs are in the room. We recommend to take a few private training sessions with us before you sign up for this class and will discuss this option depending on what challenges you are facing with your pooch.
Who can participate: Dogs 6 months and older
Requirements: Proof of updated vaccination according to age

Canine Good Citizen (CGC) prep class incl. test
(next class: October 30th, 6pm)
The CGC Program is a great training foundation for all dogs, designed to reward dogs who have good manners at home and in the community. The Canine Good Citizen Program is a two-part program that stresses responsible pet ownership for owners and basic good manners for dogs. In this class we will work on the 10-step requirements to pass the CGC test. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test may receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club. Duration: 7 weeks including test night

Advanced Basic Manners
This class is available only for graduates of our Puppy Class OR Basic Manners Class and clients that have concluded a full basic training package after consulting with us. We build on the skills that we acquired in the first class and it is a great chance to stay on track with training routine and to challenge yourself and your dog.
Who can participate: Graduates from either our Puppy Class or Basic Manners Class or basic training package
Requirements: Proof of updated vaccinations
