Meet Sabine
Behind 307HappyDog is Certified Professional Dog Trainer Sabine Born (CPDT-KA) who was originally born and raised in Germany. She found her way to Wyoming after falling in love with its wide-open spaces and outdoor lifestyle. Sabine quickly realized there was nowhere she’d rather be helping people enjoy life with their dogs.
Sabine knows life is busy. Dog training can easily feel like another thing on an already overflowing to-do list. That’s why she focuses on making training practical, enjoyable, and something people genuinely look forward to.
Sabine grounds her training in positive reinforcement and modern behavioral science. It’s an evidence-based approach recommended by the American Veterinary Society of Animal Behavior (AVSAB). She helps dogs learn with confidence while strengthening the relationship between dogs and the people who love them.
When she’s not training dogs, you’ll usually find Sabine in the gym or behind a camera to do her pet photography. Take a look at her work on her photography page Sabine Oexmann Photography! That’s why, all Puppy Class Graduates get to enjoy a professional graduation picture. Sabine also loves the outdoors hiking or biking or spending time with her husband, her dog Stevie and cat Rufus.

Sabine about her dog training approach: “My goal is to provide a fun and efficient training experience that both will enjoy, the dogs and the handlers.

” I am a FearFree certified professional and a practicing member of the Alliance of Therapy Dogs (ATD) and have made it my mission to never stop learning. To stay updated on modern training philosophies to improve my knowledge and ability to help my clients. and whenever possible, I attend industry conferences like the APDT annual conference in 2023 and the Clicker Expo 2026. Additionally I participate in virtual training that the science based modern dog training industry offers.
Specializing in fearful dogs and dog reactivity
Since I am especially interested in helping reactive and anxious dogs with a tendency for aggression, I attended the Aggression in Dogs conference and completed Michael Shikashio’s Master Course Aggression in Dogs, who is an internationally sought after keynote speaker and presenter on the topic of dog aggression at numerous events, conferences, and universities worldwide.

Megan Moore – Service Dog Trainer
307HappyDog’s service dog program is led by Megan Moore.
With more than a decade of experience in behavior and service dog training across Wyoming, Colorado, and Florida, Megan brings specialist knowledge together with a calm, encouraging approach that helps people and their dogs grow into confident service dog teams.
“Hi, My name is Megan and I am excited to be joining the 307HappyDog team to bring service dog training services to the basin. I have been dog training for a decade, doing behavior work in Wyoming, behavior work and service dog training in Colorado, and service dog training in Florida. I have a master’s degree in Canine Life Sciences from Bergin University as well as a certificate of completion from their Service Dog Seminar.”
